Learn how Zombie Carnival is built

A 6x4 grid with 4096 ways to win forms the base of Zombie Carnival. The carnival theme runs into horror and zombies, and the symbols follow it: four zombie characters and four card symbols, A, K, Q and J. A win needs matching symbols on at least three consecutive reels, counted from the left. Mystery symbols change into one random regular symbol at the end of every spin.

Six free spins start the bonus, triggered by two or more Scatter symbols on reels 2 to 5. Trigger Scatters become fixed WILDs at 1x. Each extra Scatter adds a spin, and the nearest WILD absorbs it and gains 1x. WILDs stay in place all round. When several land in one win, their multipliers multiply. The base game has no WILD.

Zombie Carnival in play

Zombie Carnival from the opening bet to the close

Most worries come from not knowing what a round does, so each step is set out here.

  1. Stake range A$0.20 to A$100

Set a stake from A$0.20 up to A$100 before the first spin. The paytable reference bet is A$0.50, and A$2 is the top example bet.

  2. When three symbols line up

The 6x4 grid pays on 4096 ways, so a win forms when matching symbols land on neighbouring reels from left to right. Three matching symbols is the fewest that pay.

  3. Mysteries change, Wilds do not

Mystery symbols change at the end of every spin into one random paying symbol from eight regular symbols. No Wild appears in the base game.

  4. Scatters before, Wilds after

Two or more Scatters on reels 2 to 5 start Free Spins with 6 spins. Those Scatters stay on the grid as fixed Wilds at 1x.

  5. Spending limit before the first spin

Fix a spending limit before the first spin, since no session result can be known in advance. The National Gambling Helpline is 1800 858 858.

Before the Free Spins land, no spin is predictable

6 starting spins open the Free Spins round, but how often that round arrives is not known in advance. Each spin is random, so the result of one session is random too, whatever the 96.50 RTP says about a very long run. One session may reach the bonus early and another may never reach it at all.

96.50 is the only RTP version listed for Zombie Carnival. Only the game rules state which version Winspirit Casino runs, so read them before the first spin. Until the rules confirm the version, treat the 96.50 figure as the one listed for the game and nothing more.

x5,000 of the stake is the ceiling of Zombie Carnival. At the A$2 top bet on this page that is A$10,000, and at the A$100 maximum bet it is A$500,000. A win at the ceiling is reached very rarely, and no session can be planned around it.
